The Shift of Consciousness
Without most people having a clue, humanity is currently approaching a point where a decisive change—a shift—will occur. How can we be so sure? The answer: Because it has always been this way. Nothing lasts forever, at least no human civilization. Right now, our own civilization is accelerating in exactly the way civilizations do before a collapse.
This much we know: change is coming. The question is what that change will consist of. The beauty of it is that what we are heading toward doesn't necessarily have to be an end. The shift will be what we make of it.
For some reason, ancient cultures were more aware of the cyclical nature of history than we are today. This is why the Maya, the Aztecs, the Sumerians, as well as the ancient Indians, Egyptians, and Chinese, all went to great lengths to create detailed calendars that could predict future events. According to a synthesis of the Mayan calendar and the Aztec cosmic system, provided by archeoastronomer John Major Jenkins, we are already in the midst of an especially crucial shift, the fourth of this dignity in human history: the shift into the Fifth Sun. This is why I have named this website The Fourth Shift.
The primary purpose of this site, however, is not to dwell on cosmic ages, but to offer a method for deeply transforming your way of thinking. I call it The Fourth Shift as a reminder that most ancients who foresaw this particular transition believed we are entering a time when humanity will attain a heightened level of consciousness. That is precisely what my method aims to achieve.
For it is precisely people with a higher level of consciousness who have the capacity to take control of the events and turn a shift into something entirely different from a collapse: a transition into something far better than the present!
What you are about to realize about our world and where we are headed is absolutely mind-blowing.
This website is dedicated to John Major Jenkins (1964–2017), whose research bridged the gap between astronomy and psychology and opened the door ajar to a new world.
